The first years of a child’s life are crucial for his or her development. From birth to age five, children will reach milestones in playing, learning, and speaking, acting and moving. Talk to your child’s doctor about any questions or concerns you have about his or her development. - After a child turns three, each school district in Wisconsin is responsible for providing Special Education and Related Services to Children with Disabilities.
